Gender: Female Goal Type: Recover From Injury Running Accomplishments: Ran Bolder Boulder 10K on May 30, 2005 (Finished in 65 or 66 minutes)---don't laugh! I mean it! : ) Short-Term Running Goals: Strengthen my quads and left hip joint so my left knee can function properly and I can run without pain! The good old cardiovascular system here is in much better shape than my muscles! Long-Term Running Goals: Run with Starman, run with our daughter and future child/children (we don't know how many we'll have), run a 10K race in under 50 minutes.
